Vyv recently shared some highlights from the stream of media they’ve been featured in lately:

This month, Vyv publicly announced the findings of a recent independent third-party lab test, commissioned by Vyv, which confirmed the efficacy of Vyv’s antimicrobial light technology for killing viruses. This recent study verifies that our technology is effective against non-enveloped viruses – which are the most difficult class of virus to kill – greatly expanding the antimicrobial impact delivered in both spaces currently protected by Vyv UV-free antimicrobial light and future spaces we will be protecting. Vyv will be honored in the June issue of Fast Company as the recipient of Honorable Mention for Wellness Ideas in Fast Company’s 2021 World Changing Ideas competition, having been chosen from among a pool of 4,000 entries.

Vyv also announced several significant business partnerships. Middleby Corporation has invested and has entered into a licensing agreement with Vyv, for use within Middleby food processing, commercial, and residential products. Middleby and Vyv are working to both embed Vyv into several of Middleby’s family of products as well as offer Vyv overhead antimicrobial lighting fixtures for cleaner food environments.

Vyv announced a new strategic relationship with The Healthcare Association of New York State, Inc. (HANYS). The HANYS-Vyv partnership advances a new approach to infection control and prevention by making interior environments continuously inhospitable to viruses, bacteria, endospores and other organisms.

Citi Impact Fund announced its newest investment round as part of its $200 million fund to invest in companies that address some of the biggest social challenges.
